Cub Tracks fights for air

Here has NEWS CUB TRACKS AND NOTES ™, we have #Bear cubs, #MiLB and #MLB news for you. We are already on the verge of making things up. The beats and bloggers apparently have the weekend off. Today’s gummie seems to be worse than yesterday’s gummie because I was just out of the jokes so I don’t know what to do. Maybe we should individually break Jed Hoyer’s press conference down as a mission or something. We could trade recipes or trade scarring stories … it’s just sad, all of you. So sad that MY articles are higher in the Google rankings than the originals, I repeat. I guess no news is good news …

For the second year in a row, I sent an angry letter to MLB.TV. I’ve paid monthly for the past two years because I didn’t really know there would be a full season and my cash is often stuck (ah, freelance life), and they billed me on September 1st both years, even if it wasn’t my due date, in order to “secure” playoff viewing, even if games are blocked on the channel.

I got my bloody money back, too, and quickly spent it on next week’s supplies and the booze. Raoul Duke was a model.

As always, * means autoplay enabled, Where boring ads, Where the two (instructions to remove for Firefox and Chrome). {$} means paywall. {$} means limited views. Italics are often used on this page as sarcasm font. (In the comments section, use @ before and after your @ remarks to produce sarcasm font. In the body of the text. It doesn’t work in the headlines.)
